PRIVACY
POLICY.
A clear overview of how personal information is handled when you visit ucashdesign or get in touch about a project.
01 / Who is responsible for your data?
The controller of personal data collected through this website is Lukas Czapa, operating professionally under the name ucashdesign as an independent freelancer based in Poland.
For questions about privacy or to exercise your rights, contact ucashdesign@gmail.com.
02 / What information is collected?
When you use the contact form, you may provide your name or company name, email address, subject or project details, and message. Please do not include sensitive personal information unless it is strictly necessary.
When you access the site or submit a form, technical data such as IP address, browser information, request time and security logs may also be processed by the hosting or form provider to deliver and protect their services.
03 / Why is information processed?
Contact details and messages are used to respond to enquiries, discuss potential cooperation and manage project-related correspondence. Where you request steps before entering into an agreement, processing may be based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general business communications, it may be based on the controller's legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in responding to requests and managing correspondence.
Technical data may be processed for hosting, site operation, security and abuse prevention on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), subject to the providers' own responsibilities.
Contact-form information is not used to subscribe you to marketing emails. No automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made by ucashdesign based on form submissions.
04 / Service providers and transfers
In order to operate this website and respond to enquiries, information may be processed by:
- Netlify — website hosting and technical delivery;
- Formspree — secure reception, processing and notification of contact-form submissions;
- Google (Gmail) — receipt and handling of email correspondence.
Some services may process or access information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required by law, international transfers must be protected through appropriate mechanisms such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. For details of their practices, consult Netlify's privacy notice, Formspree's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.
05 / How long is information kept?
Enquiries and related correspondence are kept only for as long as necessary to respond and handle relevant follow-up. Information may be retained longer where justified by an ongoing project, legal requirements or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Technical records are subject to the relevant service providers' retention settings and policies.
06 / Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, email ucashdesign@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in Poland: President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
07 / Required information and cookies
Providing contact information is voluntary; however, the name, email address, subject and message fields are required to process an enquiry through the form. Without them, a reply may not be possible.
In the present website implementation, ucashdesign does not intentionally deploy advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Essential technical storage, security mechanisms or logs may still be used by infrastructure providers. If additional analytics, cookies or third-party embeds are introduced, this policy will be reviewed and updated.
08 / External sites and updates
Links to external platforms are governed by those platforms' own privacy terms. This policy may be updated if the website, tools or processing practices change; the current version will be published on this page.
If you have questions, contact ucashdesign@gmail.com.
